    Well I remembered seeing a piece couple years back and thought I would give it a try.

    All was made with pen tool, well besides the mountain of course.

    way to yello.
    dislike the yeloness .
    lower the opacity on the yellow and bring out the blue and white more.
    i would think it would look much better

    way to yellow and the scribbles, or whatever they are, don't look like they go with it at all

    Remove the scribbles, makes the tag look too random.

    I don't mind the coloring, just the tag lacks that appealing factor to grab attention

    I like the tag but it is as if you're looking through a yellow tint or something. Try lowering the opacity or something because that color is covering the entire tag. Try mixing up colors a bit with a Color Balance or maybe a Gradient Map.
