Effect placement is pretty bad, you put it on his neck and shoulders so it looks really weird, like a random neck and head. to accentuate the depth you were trying to develop try using stronger lighting. Show more body on your renders / stocks.
The text blends in too much where you placed it. Try changing the color or something so its a bit more legible. Also I agree with the Wireframe to the left, I'd like to see what the piece looks like without. Besides that you've got a good clean sig on your hands .
i think if you move the wireframe down, underneath the text, and flow it with that pen tool design to the left of his head, it'll look better. But goodwork

Make the wireframe flow with the pentooling you have. So move it over in those areas and erase parts you don't need. I suggest you to add in a stock that has nice coloring and details in on Lighten, and move over to the effects near the guy's shoulders.
I like the work a lot most of your work is good I don't like the text on this one that would be my only thing on this the rest looks okay to me
