Explode(sprite Sig)

I don't usually do sprite sigs.
But i wanted to experiment a little so i gave it a shot.

Here it is:




I have my name faded in opposite of the word Explode.
CnC is much appreciated!

 

hmm i dont like the head of the render. it looks cut off by the red.

 

The smudging in the background is ugly, looks likes spammed splatter smudge + scatter settings or something. Also don't blend the sprite by smudging it to match the background.

 

Well essentially i tried to give it a "exploding" feel if you will.
And, the red is part of the sprite.
Can't do much about that :/
