too much going on with the render. the focal is hard my eyes are going everywhere.

 

Agreeing with hells on this one. That big white lighting effect on the left side really leads me away from the focal point (his face?)

 

Lighting is off, it's coming for above him to the right some, as you can see by the shadowing on his neck. Remove the text and improve the overall quality of the tag.

 

The white block was supposed to be my light source sort of. I guess it was a little too loud.

 

^^ yea, but like pink said, it's in the wrong place....
