Just eat a good diet, 5 meals a day if you can. Try to do an hour of cardio a day and do body conditioning every 2nd day. You'll be fine if you do that.
Just so you know, you cant target what part of your body you lose fat from, so the retards saying otherwise are messing you up, stick to a good diet, and do HIT cardio, otherwise, lift 3 days a week and do low intensity cardio 2-3 times a week (incline walking on treadmill). The guys in the P90x commercials are ripped, but not big by any standards, anyone can be ripped, ill just rather be ripped at 200lb, so i dont look like a 11 year old girl going trough my first menstrual cycle... Having a six pack is pointless unless you are big everwhere else, i don't know about you but i wear clothing all of the time, so i want people to see i go to the gym without having to take my shirt off.
