You don't necessarily need perfect weather to take photos. There's a lot you can still do when it's rainy or just overcast . It's also my experience that a little bit of rain isn't going to kill your camera. Just do your best to keep it as dry as you can, maybe even throw a plastic bag over it with a hole for the lens, lol. Try some stuff around the house. You can use white paper to create a fake studio setting and practice photographing still life.

Yeah I love the canyon up here there are so many things to admire. I am going up tomorrow to do some black and white. If I get the time tomorrow night, I will post some digital from my journal.
