I just have a quick question for you. How much would it cost to build a good PC with the only stipulation being a 3GHz processor? I would like to build my own sometime in the future, and I just want a scope for price.
well the cheapest... celeron D 512mb cheepo RAM $20 motherboard cheap harddrive 200-300 without software being included. and it would basically suck FYI GHz is not a measurement of performance, a 1.6Ghz Core 2 duo will outdo a 3.6Ghz Celeron D in a lot of things. So I would drop the clock speed goals and instead make a request based off of your performance needs. "I need a system which is incredibly responsive and kicks ass for general use" "I need a system which is focused on gaming" "I need a workstation aimed at rendering" "I'm insane and have cash to blow I want the best of everything"
umm ok. i was wondering about 3 GHz because it would bring me into the 21st century. well lets try the first situation: ""I need a system which is incredibly responsive and kicks ass for general use"
The Xlink Cellular Gateway will let you “use your cellular phone as your home phone” and “use your home phone as your cell phone.” Essentially what it does is take your existing office phone (or home phone, doesn’t really matter what you call it) and integrate it with up to three Bluetooth mobile phones. This allows you to answer landline calls from your cell phone, and cell phone calls on your landline (when the phones are in range). --------------------------- mathew new way to advertise
He was requeting the help from the member "Xlink" not an explanation of what the Xlink gateway is Plus, put your websitre link in your signature, not in every post. Click here to edit http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php...rCP&CODE=00
The Xlink Cellular Gateway will let you “stick your head all the way up your own ass” and “GTFO, you gay spam bot piece of ****.” Essentially what it does is take your existing office phone (or I am a gay ass spam bot, doesn’t really matter what you call it) and integrate it with up to three (YES, THREE! nah. but im looking up that stuff and unless they get you on the monitor and case it seems like it would be ridiculously cheap... what kind of price range estimate would you say?
$90 CPU $30 RAM $80 board yes it is that cheap add in $60ish for a power supply $30-50 for a case $30 for a DVD drive $70ish for a harddrive... maybe $50ish for a so so graphics card that can play older games that's a solid general use machine.
