Xlink told me off for my shoddy cable maagement when i first builtt my rig, i sorted it out a bit beter the other day, but i wasn't happy stuffing my empty drive bays with a mess of wires, making my drive bayfans bloody uiseless. So i done some radical cable management, and sorted it out once and for all I used punch cutters to make som enice circles in the mobo tray, and then lined them with gromit strip so not to snag the cables. I had seen this done before in the nine hundred case, because it's crap for cable management, but fortunetly for me, antec had listened to the customer and already put in place two long holes in the tray suitable for the 24-pin mobo power, and IDE cable, so i only needed to make 3 holes myself. So basically all my cables are routed via behind the mobotray, and enter the inside only where needed. LOOOK! Empty drive bay
cheers, you knwo what thwy say, funtion over form Now the airflow is actually decent i might as well turn them fans down and enjoy a quiet system haha
