    I like it, could use some more contrast, and sharpen up the focal a bit (tiny bit)

    Coloring is off, try and make him the same coloring as the surroundings.

    that is actually not bad dragon .. i like it alot to be honest
    especially the depth in it is very good .. but you could blur the foreground a bit and sharpen the focal a bit also
