Why are we complaining and judging a product by its logo? Adobe has already proven that it has some of the best software, even if you go back three years. To say that it's going to be crap based off the logo is idiotic and willingly ignoring the facts and reputation of an amazing product. The CS4 logo will probably have a different appearance on the box. If not, yeah, I'm disappointed in the designers since I can't see it very well, but whatever. The Photoshop logo is fine. It's a unique logo that represents the program and looks clean and pr0fessional. It's not supposed to grab the attention of amateurs or high schoolers, but of the pr0ffessionals. I personally preferred the feather, but I could care less either way. To those saying the logos are bad, why don't you try emailing adobe a logo of your own and see if they'd use that. They probably wouldn't. Quite griping.
I think the cs4 logo looks awesome. Maybe they will give us a dark gray theme rather than a blue (yuck) theme this time around.
That sounds to me like a direct insult to the quality of the product they're putting out, which is why I was saying that. Not only that, this is a rather pointless topic either way... I'd rather hear about the new features, since I'm stuck having to get CS3 instead of CS4 due to the fact that CS4 comes out after the school year begins.
All the logos do is probably tell you what it is called and the creator. It doesn't really have a big impact on the program itself. But IMO they look pretty bad.
