Considered by many to be a WoW "killer" this game seems to be shaping up nicely. I personally applied for the BETA testing and am stilling waiting a response, I haven't been denied nor accepted yet. the game looks great i might play it but ill see how it goes first hence i know some people who have already pre-ordered the game, which receiving a beta key , i haven't heard any OFFICIAL thoughts from anyone yet, because beta is coming out in a week or so. , amazing, game play is quite alot like WoW , to me from the gameplay etc. it looks like a combination of WoW & AoC, i heard the game's detail is rich and quite different from most mmorpgs, the game is a team game , based on hardcore strategy, their pvp system also is pretty sweet as i have heard, there will be huge arenas bigger then any bg WoW has right now.... no promises to the game untill its officially out, i suggest you wait untill you purchase it , at least after reviews have come out, because i have heard it is going to be the "WoW Killer" as well as it isn't being the "one". Remember Lich King is just a couple months away, and remember WoW is the current holder of 8 million players + , theres no way the developers are going to let us down , the beta is open already, heard that it is amazing.
Ya i applied for the beta and didnt get any noticed, i heard they only take the top cpu specs ppl in, but im not worrying about that since its comming out in like a week. Im waiting for this game for a long time, plan to be a chosen or black orc...not quite sure.

It is extremely unpolished. No one would be responsible for World of Warcrafts downfall except Blizzard, more precisely their class development team. Blizzard has been a pinnacle for near perfection in videogames for years now, and they have set *many* records in the process, and ever after 4 years WoW continues to grow at a damn fast rate and its constantly setting a higher level of gaming for the multiple millions of people world wide who play it.
lol i had the same problem i played through so many classes but i found black orc to my liking so im sticking by it your going to compare a game that has 4 years of patching and balancing compared to a game that came out, like what? 2 weeks. i hate when people compare those two games together. Yes i know WoW is a good game, but i think it set standards for futuer games, it shouldnt be used to compared.
I'm going to be comparing a game which was more polished in alpha stages than warhammer is near release (WoW). If I compared it to WoW or even GW in their current state I would say it was utter shit and the only thing I like about it is that you can gain experience by pvp.
.....WoW was polished in alpha stage? I still remember the loot bugs they had and all the stuck areas found within maps. Warhammer has it too but i don't think as bad as WoW had it when i first played it live.
Wasn't there some issue with this already? Something about installation at least, people were having trouble with it and what not. Dunno if it's fact, somebody just said it in gchat.
well i know people that played both and allot of MMORPG and he said its not worth it he would rather play wow so im going to listen to him
Been playing this bad boy since Beta,i am addicted to it,my advice is buy buy buy,but dont blame me when you loose 3 years of your life without noticing
