Whenever i play audio online (like on a flash player) the audio doesn't work on some programs, (Fruity Loops, Adobe Audition) If I have some programs up that work with sound (fruity Loops, Adobe Audition) i don't get any sound from the internet (at the same time). i tried updating my sound card drivers but they are already updated. can anybody help?
either you've muted them in the mixer or your ADGI is ------ed, if its the latter you need a reinstall of windows
I had this problem earlier. Go to YouTube and then open up your mixer and raise the volume for whatever Internet browser you are using. I didn't have audio in Firefox and it turns out I had it muted. >_< No idea why it was muted, but oh well.
first problem is you have vista and if you open the computer and look where your audio device (i'm assuming built in) is. you should see a blackish squarish chip...ish and it should say something like realtek on it
hmmm, I'm sure you have already checked, but make sure the mixer volume is not muted, also, go into your bios when you start up your computer and make sure AC'98 audio is enabled (i think that's what it's called).
i checked, some of them were muted, but when i unmuted them nothing happened ill try that AC98 thing later what is up with the word "latter"?!?
that's my only other guess, you could do 2 other things, go to the m$ website and check for hardware updates or call your manufacturer and ask for troubleshooting
