Overall message: Fantastic CD, with the mix of scream and clean vocals. Hardcore most of the time with unpredictable soft-techinical spots with the keyboard.

    Great ----.

    I'm indifferent on it.

I've only listened to it like, twice.

Slipknot I just can't really like. I don't really know why... it's probably the fact that there are 9 band members and the music sounds like only 4 or 5 guys playing. And the singers voice isn't that good in my opinion. I prefer Aaron's (drummer) voice over theirs because it is much more clear and it has very wide range. I guess I could listen to more than just one song of Slipknot, so maybe I'll try.

And another thing... why the ------ do they got 9 members? Sounds like 3 or 4 people could make their music? :D

But for me Underoath shoots Slipknot outta the water.

Slipknot's infinitely worse than Underoath, but both are still bad. Underoath's just simply horrible, Slipknot is so bad...man, I wish the dictionary had a logical description as to how useless, talentless, unoriginal, and just simply degrading Slipknot is to human society.

Underoath's Cries of the Past is their best album, and that was just boring, and pushing being simply a bad album. The rest is just bad, worse, and just vomit.

I hated that old scream singer. Annoyed me like hell.

Slipknot is really bad, and the singer's screaming is really annoying.

But seriously, They're only chasing safety was a damn good album from Underoath. This new one is not as well, but it's still good.

But that's your opinion. I can respect that.

It's not as if in the end Underoath is a mediocre band compared to so many, anyways. :P

I'm glad you have your own opinion.

I don't care for it though.

If everyone in the world had complete apathy towards other people's opinions, then what is the very point of this forum's existence?
