    the background rain doesn't fit in with the rain that was on the stock that great

    yeah, it was hard trying to find some rain textures and all.

    Dim the background to fit in with the raining environment.

    A couple things I don't like. There is too much rain going on, and some in different directions. The first thing I noticed is how sharp the back of spiderman is. I think it could use a bit more photo philters and gradient maps to make the background colors a little better. The render looks like it is sort of floating. You should have put him on or next to another building (to get the "I'm sticking to the wall" effect).

    I just noticed the tree :P. That doesn't belong there either. By the looks of the background he looks very high up, and I doubt there is a Redwood in the middle of downtown New York.
