What are the formats for patterns and plugins in Photoshop?

Gimp patterns has the extension .pat for patterns and .scm for plugins..

I ask because I'm trying to put a pack together, so I just wanted to make sure if their formats were different that way I could know to have separate folders

    I think plugin-ins are
    .8B*
And the * is a different letter per type of plug in

    Patterns are
    .pat

    Okay sweet, thanks

I'll just only have to separate the plugins then.
