Hi, i haven't used Ps in a while i was messing around in ps and gave something else a try and come up with this.. please can you give me your comments thanks!

Looks good but all that smudge is so disctracting

 

i like how you implemented a crime scene tape but i think the smudging and the white border ruins it

 

thanks! ye the reason its on a white board is because thats the one i used to post on a forum with a white bg, if u look at it like this, looks better IMO ?
