hi fusic ! nice to see you again lowl ! good compo and effects. it looks kinda flat though...... and the text is pretty odd.. i <3 the effects though ! the light from the back looks awesome and adds depth but some effects flatten it out again.
Not liking the effects over the render.. They don't fit with the overall tag in my views. Plus the tag needs to have a better established flow. I like the BG, just not the FG effects. Text could use work as well, use better fonts. The font you used seems to be a little on the "cartoony" or "manga" style, so go with a more serious standard font. Sans would do.
