Well it's quite a coincidence that the Katrina anniversary was recently, as Gustav is making it's way in a very related path to Katrina's. I do believe this storm will be catastrophic. For one it is already a category 3(125 mph winds) and it is not even in the Gulf of Mexico where warmer waters are present. Meaning the storm will most likely strengthen a lot more. So really this storm could actually be WORSE than Katrina. And I would just like to hear everyone's thoughts and views on this years hurricane season.. Do you have family or friends that may be affected by Gustav? Will YOU be affected by it? In a way we all may be affected by it(Those in America), due to the possibility of the storm hitting oil rigs rising gas prices even more..

xD hurricane on steroids Well I would evacuate if I was in your position.. I'd be more worried about the major flooding.
I'm not worried too much. All the walmarts are out of water lol. And, last time. There was such a traffic, I went through my subdivision, since there's a road that leads to the Highway., By the time the hurricane passed, they were still in traffic.
