How Do I Get Rid Of This?

    Hi all, every hour or so i get this pop up. I also pressed move to vault but it keeps popping up. I scanned my comp with AVG and removed all the warnings but it never popped up as a threat.

    End the process setup1021.exe using taskmanager, locate it and upload it to virustotal and post a link to the results page
    Then run hijackthis and save a log.
    Run combofix in safemode, these instructions may help(Combofix instructions)
    when back in normal running mode run HJT again and make a second log.

    It says it is in the temporary internet files how would i go there?
