    well it could be better, try to be a little less random on the compo and effects. Check out some tuts, you'll get better just keep at it bro.

    A little too bright. And I notice some rectangles at the top of the sig. Make sure to brush the edges of new layer with a soft brush to blend them into the background.

    btw it looks much better on a light bg, u can right click and press view image to see what im saying
