Well you all know that I am in college YES!

Now the bad part is that the Professors are keeping everything online and are telling us Students that their Homepage or Website will change anytime during the day to update with new stuff or make changes to the previously assigned stuff.

I was just wondering if there is a PROGRAM or FIREFOX PLUGIN that will alert me DIRECTLY when these websites are updated. Like if I am working on an essay of some sort, and all of a sudden my CS Professor decides to make change to our current Lab from next week to tomorrow, then once the website is updated this thing pops up a message saying that this website has been updated.

Something in that sort of manner.

And yes, I know that there is something like this out there because my CS Professor told us Students to go out there and search for it. But I am too lazy to search so any help on this is good. I am busy with reading books atm

If you help me and get me what I need you get 35 Credits..How bout it?
    eh?

    Zain

RSS - a family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video in a standardized format.

It's basically a self-updating news ticker, but it requires that your source is sending out an RSS feed.

Basically, if you see [IMG] somewhere on the page, you're in business
