Filter Options Disabled

    I can't use a lot of the filters on my tags anymore, and I don't know why. In distort filters, I can only use Lens Correction. In render, clouds, difference clouds, and lighting effects are disabled. In stylize, I can only use emboss, find edges, solarize.

    Here's an screenshot of everything else I can't use. Can anyone help me out?

    Change your Color mode to RGB 8 you have it on 16..

    That is why you cannot use all of your filter..
