Well, the guy PMed me outta nowhere asking about joining.. So he gave me a few tags to post.. He as well claims to have been on a break and is just now starting back, which I would have rathered him to apply when he's not so rusty so to speak..
I say no, for now just because he does seem rusty.. I only like his third tag which is about it and maybe the first as well.
