So, I made this signature for another forum, and I was messing around in a topic where you rate people's signatures. I was rated 1/10~6/10 for my signature (below), because it was "bland". Mind you, these people are from the Warhammer Alliance forums, and they have absolutely no knowledge of Photoshop what so ever. I don't think it should matter, because I think a person will like what they see regardless of their Photoshop knowledge (so it led me to believe that they're just jealous and trying to criticize something they know nothing about). So I ask you people, is this REALLY bland and boring? Or is it artistic and creative? I didn't want to make it very complicated, I just wanted something simple yet artistic / abstract. I'm a person who can take constructive criticism well, but these people just pissed me off. I really, REALLY don't think it's that bad. What do you guys think? Thanks.
its not bad but its not as good as you think it is if it was posted on our rate the sig above you, it probably wouldnt exceed a 4. anyways.. bit lq bit simple
i'm sorry man but they where right, it's pretty boring.. it's just nothing special or innovative.. just keep going, maybe read some tuts (for practicing) and you'll get there.
