I don't like the size, but that's just me... BG is nice, render blends pretty well. I don't think the text is right for the style of the sig try a different font. Add a border... But it's a good sig dewd all in all...
its actually pretty sick, with a bit of tweeks it could be great, canvas size is way to big IMO and the text kind of kills the tag...

why not use the unreal font? lol try different tag sizes until you find one you like the best, size is all relevant anyway as all of us like it a bit different then the next person ^.~
Keep your focal(The render) 2/3rd on the right or the left, not in the middle, that way at least you'll have the basic composition down.
