OK so i was just wondering..this is a question for people who workout...is it better to do cardio before lifting weights or after...like should i start off with a 25-30 minute run then lift weights...or lift weights then run?

Yeah, you definitely need to stretch and do some cardio before doing anything. That will help get your blood flowin. I always stretch, do push-up and sit-up improvement, run two-mile's, and do sprint's. On day's that I weight lift I stretch, run for about 20 minutes on the treadmill do the 8-step push-up's an crunches, then lift. It'll always help to stretch and do some cardio, you can't go wrong with it.
