    rep will be removed,

    You now require 25 rep instead of 20 because 5 of your reps are invalid (aka all of them).
    The rep limitation will stay in place, but the new rep system will be much harder to gain rep numbers on, a much more fair and less bias way.

    I dunno, people don't really give out rep anymore. I can give a guy advice save him a lot of headaches and a few hundred bucks and I wouldn't get rep for it.
    maybe giving away graphics stuff but I'm not too sure.
    or posting witty things you aren't supposed to be repped for.

    Exactly the reason were changing the system.

    This system is too bias'd. When I cleaned out rep on v2 with Andrew Kirbir alone had nearly 200 invalid rep, and that was only on the rep with links to topics we could still check (she only had like 450 rep at the time). Then we had people who constantly help members and got no rep, etc.
