    What Is It: An Ragnorak Online Private Server. Some-what anime based I supposed.
    Colors: Idk, the admin just said "work with Tranquil..." lol
    Images: Any!
    Style: Something that doesn't look like the banner was made by five year olds... Try not to make it too grundgiez

    Credits Offering: 2,000 or more depending on how good it is.

    (Also, I'm awarding 500 creds to the person that can find a good skin to match the banner, or just a good tranquil skin. Try finding somethin in black/blue. NO GREEN xD)
