Please pm DraveN for your prizes.

With all the controversy of me entering and the confusion of the voting system i will go through it with you guys.

For every vote you get in the public vote, you will get 1 point.
Each staff member will then give their 3,2,1, each worth the numerical value.
I will try to devise a system that will give more weight to the public vote. Next week, i'll make it so that each public vote counts for 2 and see how that works.
    So here are the votes:

    ReTaL: 1+1 = 2
    Darkmage: 1+2 = 3
    Adefenselesskid: 3 =3
    Unkie: 1 =1
    JWJ: 4+2+3+1+1+1+2+1+2 = 17
    Huy-N: 10+3+1+3+3+3+3+3+3 = 32
    Morpheus: 1+2+2+2+1 = 8
    Sanity Penguin: 2 = 2

Thanks for entering everyone. It was one of the biggest turnouts and i really hope it can continue like this :)

Hmmm I thought the vote was whoever was first in staff votes got a total of 3 not 3 each vote.

Draven's old system weighted heavily on the staff vote to avoid vote spam in the public voting. So back then, whoever came 1st in the public vote would get 3 votes, equivalent to one staff vote.

However, i trust that no one would ever cheat and vote for their own render and so added more weight to the public voting.

You think of what I thought it was?

    Public Vote

    1st - 1 point
    2nd - 1 point
    3rd - 1 point

    Staff vote

    1st - 3 points
    2nd - 2 points
    3rd - 1 pts

Lets say you get 2nd in the public, and 3rd in the staff you would get 2 points.

How about instead of an actual poll, everyone had to actually post who they're voting for. Kind of like the battle system.

Ah i doubt that will ever happen. I honestly feel that public voting should legit. Make it so that when you vote you have to post to whom you voted for and why.

there was 10post in the voting topic(legit post) and like 25 votes.

Your never going to be able to eliminate bias and bogus votes, it's a public systems it's bound to happen

The main problem with that system is that not many people can be stuffed posting. I don't know why but a poll seems to get the most votes from the community.
