    Talking to someone, it would look better without the TV

    What can I say? Take a look at some top viewed sites.. It's a bit, well plain, and it's repeating (the logo) text is a bit odd.

    Lots of things you can work on, I'd say scrap it, work from the begin, keep doing it untill you get some really good feedback. :)

    the text dosen't really match the template really well on the second one. BTW, Skillet rocks. :)

    About the second one, the font is too big and I find it too complicated to look at.
    It would take me a lot of time to find out where to find the stuff I need, so imo I'd chance the font and the size.
    The rest looks pretty okay to me!
