If you are serious about this I can help you really. I work out everyday at the boxing Gym and I am fit perfect. Start out with running in the mornings. Don't overdue it though a mile or two is good. If your watching TV. Everytime a commercial comes on do 10 pushups and 20 setups and 10 crunches. In the evening stretch and then follow this routine. Squat thrusts 30 of them Jumping jacks 100 of them Jump rope for 10 minutes non stop. leg lifts. hold them up for 2 minutes do this five times Arm rotations. hold up for 6 minutes for 5 times. In between all of these do 10 pushups and 20 setups. You will lose about 10-20 lbs in two weeks.

Pushups are simple but verryyy effective, do as many as u can take a 2 min break do 3 sets, then sit ups i do 300 100 is 1 set for me
do HIT high interval training im too lazy plus if u eat like a cow your not gonna lose any weight so im not gonna waste my time explaining everything
