    wow... this is nice... but um... how did ya make those lil white dots... and how you blend em... shed some light on me pal

    Needs a little more in the background, increase the depth. Cool colors, and the text could be better.

    use 5-20 pix soft bursh on new layer brush in white and use a green or torquoise outer glow and change the opacity
    or on new layer use 200 px soft brush and set to dissolve and use outer glow
