It's good for a first, and a horrific concept.
But knowing the render/character it doesn't make sense considering he's
a prison inmate. But in a house?.

    The render is to dark...
Text could be worked on everywhere,
Ryuui text should be made to look like its been built into that plate.
Wall text is a no...if your going to use it then blend it in better then that instead of just a big black bold text.
I suggest a "hand writing font" since there's blood getting a blood font would be good to
to show that the render wrote that in blood.

The blood everywhere is fine lower the opacity a tad bit tho.

When you're going for the realism concept everything has to relate to one another.
For example, you can't have an Eskimo in the Bahamas.

The in-mate doesn't relate to the house at all.

Adding to what Iron said. the perspective on the blood effect is way off. It doesn't look like it is on the wall.
The smudges along the top of the walls look like...well...smudges. They need to be integrated more.

It is a start. As you may have realised, large pieces are very different compared to sigs. :P
