So this 'kid who goes to your school' is now suddenly your brother?

Oh, and BTW, sorry to disappoint you, but you can't possibly be any form of 'twin' - identical twins (as in this case, it appears you're talking about identical twins, as you and your 'brother' look practically identical) come from the same fertilised ovum to form a single zygote (identical twins = monozygotic), which then divides into two separate embryos. These embryos then continue to develop through the stages of growth from a single cell, but with identical DNA (identical twins don't have exactly the same physical features, instead identical DNA, which would explain the very, very slight differences between you and your 'brother'). Seeing how the embryos develop at the same time as each other, I don't think you managed to stay in the womb for around 4 years longer than your brother.

Both you and your 'brother' have the name of 'Josh'? Really? Doesn't that get really confusing if you two are so alike?

Also, how did you go from having no idea as to who 'Joker' was, to deducing that he's definitely your brother, because he thinks, looks and acts exactly like you?

The best thing you can do, I suppose if you're really that desperate to keep up this apparent facade, is to follow what Neuron said - get a picture/video taken with your brother and you within it.

Personally, I'd suggest you take Logicaly's advice.

I asked myself that alot lately. I dont know, just something about this site and the members - I feel like this is a home away from home for me. It's just addicting, I'm not sure how to explain it man, it's like an addiction. I really like this site, Ive met a lot of really cool people, itd be hard to just up and leave for me.

I've made alot of friends here and all that. If you don't got anything to either help this case or something in regards to this case, then leave.

 

I think that we should not leave this to the fact of his popularity, but in the fact of his right to be here, regardless of what his brother did.

I'm honestly sick of everyone harassing Mindless, especially you Jackal, considering you're really trying to put him down. I don't care if you don't like him, this is serious business, not something you can just pop in and say "most people don't like you." You're being an inconsiderate jackass, and you need to shut your mouth. Since this has nothing to do with you personally, you shouldn't have posted here in the first place. I understand if you want to flame Mindless in The Last Word, and I understand that you are indeed not fond of him, however I feel that you have no right to come into this topic and say something like you did.

Anyway, back on to the issue at hand. There's obviously the problem that if Mindless is unbanned, then that basically means that his brother is as well. This is an understanding that Mindless has come to, however he just wants to resolve a deeper conflict. He wants everyone here to know that he's not his brother, and that he never ban-evaded like dementia originally implied/stated.

Whether or not he remains banned is up to you, however all Mindless wants is an end to his fake link with his brother.

I'm sticking up for Mindless now, because no one else seems to care that this isn't right. It's justice that needs to be done, and provided the details Mindless gave were in fact correct, then a formal announcement must be made stating the false claims against him.

I have had no quarrel with Mindless in the past, and I'm sure that the only people who have honestly take the internet too seriously.

Thanks so much Phoenix But like I said - I'm not even asking to get unbanned, it'd be nice, but all I want is for people to see that I'm not a bad kid.

Yea, I did it. I'm the big bad scammer and ripper on GameRenders. And I told Jake like I'm going to tell you - it's stupid to punish him for some ---- that I did. And like he said, I was just jealous that while I was out in the hot sun and cold snow busting my balls making minimum wage, he was sitting comfortably in his room making alot of money doing ---- on the computer. I didn't see it as fair at first, so I figured if I could give him a bad reputation as being a ripper and ----, no one would want to buy his ----. What I didn't count on though was the fact that he didn't come to GR until this last month, cause that was about 4 years of work down the drain for me.

Yea, I ------ed up, I'll be the first to admit it, I'm just surprised it took him so long to figure out the kid giving him a bad name was living under his own roof. I mean, I guess different people have different abilities - I can build a car from scratch and Jake can build a computer from scratch. I guess what I did really took a toll on him - I didn't want for him to get banned. He was always talking about the site, laughing at fights he was having with people and ----. And that's all I want now, is for my brother to be happy.

And if you unban him, I swear on my grandpa's grave and my daughter's grave (GOD FORBID ANYTHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO HER) I won't touch his account. He's the idiot for using the same password for 5 years hahaha.

But like I said, don't take your rage and frustration out on him, it was all me.

If we unban him, IF, he certainly will not be getting an announcement to state the staff was wrong, when we already stated openly we didn't do a very thorough case because frankly with 210,000 members on this site we don't have the time to investigate every single one with who they live with and their family, relatives and where they work, eat and shit. His IP matches, his e-mail matches, his name matches, he looks the same so what else did you expect from any member of staff on any website? That’s enough proof for just about anyone. If what he said is true (and I am still skeptical), then by allowing him access to the site, we are allowing his brother, a known ban evader, scammer, ripper and general ass hat free admittance to GR. He stated everything he said above before only for the staff to care enough to let him back and he messed it up again (I believe he’s one of the most banned members here on GR in terms of evasions).
