I am thinking about buying this monitor. My step dad is in the Army and is at Ft. Bragg and can buy me one for almost 100 bucks cheaper than the one on Newegg and I was curious if anyone had a HP LCD like that one.

The link is broken, but if its one of the newer versions of the HP monitors (the glossy border) they make great monitors if your fine with a 60 mhz refresh rate. Personally, with how much I sit in front of the monitor I have noticed my eyes hurt with lower refresh rates.

on an LCD refresh rate shouldn't make your eyes hurt, just annoy the living **** out of you...

Unno, but even going from 60 to 75 my eyes at the end of a 9 hour gaming session feel much better (may not be the refresh rate, but by comparison the contrast and such is all similar, so its all I can think of).
