Since we are starting this crew tourney, I don't know exactly how fair it is for certain moderators that are in crews to be able to see every other crew's private forum. It's not like anything needs moderating in those section really. Maybe it's just me.
If you can't trust the staff on the site what are you still doing here? You yourself used to be staff, are you saying you would go out of your way to cheat?
It's not just particularly cheating. I never even claimed it was that. I don't care to mention names (not that you couldn't look and see), but there's moderators coming into AG and posting when they are in different crews. What's the point in having private sections if they aren't private.
Request a password be put on the forum then. Request they stay out of your forum, the only ones that should even be able to be in your forums should be globals and admins, who are entitled within their position to enter the forums. I guarantee none of the moderators are going between the forums and posting information from other crews regardless.
Believe me, it's not that I don't trust the staff. I know nearly all the staff anyways. It just was pushed when they posted in out section. It was a sectional moderator who was in the section (in case you were wondering). And if they have access to the forum, does the password even affect them?
Yes, having a pass would restrict even admins from entering (albeit we could just look at the forum pass in the acp) and there is also a group option that allows them to bypass passworded forums, but that's not activated for any group at the moment because don't have any passworded forums.
sectionals had access FYI. not sure of com staff, can't remember but I think they did too I pretty much stayed the hell away from those sections though, don't think I ever reada topic, just skimmed the title list once or twice
I would never post in someone elses crew section unless i needed to or had permission to post there. I do however skim over the topic titles to make sure nothing is being posted in those sections that are not allowed. Also pulse who is in your crew if i am correct? Posted in my crew section 2 days ago, i don't have a problem with that aslong as he doesn't go posting in your section what is going on in mine. I don't think sectionals should have access, maybe we can change that?
yup, was only one small little post which did say 'yup' about the battle between AG/BC nothing else mind.. what is in BC(or other crew) stays in that crew, and doesnt need to be posted elsewhere and hasnt.
I'll save renegade the trouble and the rest of the staff's time in saying that he's talking about me. I posted in response to pulse coming to our thread as a joke to him. But if that constitutes cheating then I can assure you I won't go there ever again. But yeah, I'm pretty sure I've had access since community staff, which doesn't exist anymore, not sure about the graphics crew.
Okay I believe this is the fourth time I've said it's not about cheating. Do I have to say it for a fifth?
Well I'm sorry then. Logically already said we're not removing the access, just take dem's advice and then count on me to not come by anyways.
