Seeing as if she is the OWNER of the animal, then yes, she has every right to hit it. It may be wrong, but she does have the right if she owns it. Animals have no reasoning, no real place in society except for slaves, or wild. They shouldn't have as much right as a human.

Hahaha you think it's just because his opinion is different? It's because his opinion goes under animal cruelty.

I'm quoting the truth, and saying that what he agrees with is wrong, which it is, as you can see. To strike an animal over the head multiple times is unnecessary AND causes them distress, simple as that.
Calling him an idiot for agreeing against the animal cruelty act is therefore completely acceptable.

Animal Cruelty is relative, some people believe smacking a dog is ok, I happen to believe it's ok. I don't think she should get into trouble for anything she did, it's a dog. Just like smacking a child, I used to get the ---- kicked out of me, sure was probably abusive, but if I hadn't gotten punished I'd be so much worse right now. Calling someone an idiot because their opinion differs, is dumb. Also, you don't get to decide when the conversation is over, I do, so get over that as well, it isn't "END" until I say so. It's okay to hit a dog to discipline it.
Hitting it around the head is unnecessary and cruel, and causes it distress, which go against the animal cruelty prevention act. You can smack it on the ass to discipline, no-one cares about that, but you can't smack it repeatedly around the head. Doing such things aren't allowed, and if anyone in that field saw you doing that to a dog they have the right to take it away from you because you're breaching the cruelty prevention act, that's not an opinion, it's a fact. To go against an act and say it's okay makes you an idiot, the act is there to prevent certain thing which are morally wrong happening, just like a law is there to prevent things happening that are morally wrong. Get the ------ over it.
