    Work on the blending of the focal into the background. That glow to the right side of his face looks very weird.

    Doesn't seem to flow very well, and the color choice seems off.

    I would say work on lighting but what you should really work on is blending and colors. The effects could have worked if the colors were not that different then the colors of the sig. The colors of the effects just don't work right with the signature.

    Sharpen the focal it doesn't need to be so blurry
