Did you take the photo? If so it's impressive, although not really a manip, more of hue changes/ sat changes...Contrast increase...all the minor adjustments...well thats what it looks like.
No I didn't take it myself, I just g**gled it, I wanted to give photo manipulation a try, I tried adding some dark clowds etc. I didn't really find a decent tutorial tho So if any of you knows where to find a good photo manip tut? xD
Hmm not bad altough not much has been experimented with, but i guess pretty much everyone is always keen on trying new things out so welldone >.<
