I like using hair gel because it tends to hold up better.

    I was thinking about that.

Does it smell good or do we need to add some spices to it

I have got really bad hair. It's super thick and has 3 really big cowlicks or w/e they're called. Any suggestion to make my hair soft, smooth and thin?

Oh, and in the movies when I see guys who have their hair gelled back or something but it doesn't look like rock hard hair like my gel does, what is it they use to do that? Every gel I use either hardens my hair big time, or it doesn't do jack squat and remains wet like water.

They don't use a lot of it and use it lightly with a mixture of water and hair spray to give it a more natural look.

Also, thick hair tends to clump up gel and make it all hard in particular areas, used to do the same for me till i started watering it down a little bit and then using some hair spray (when I used to style my hair).

I pretty much have the same situation as DBS.

I want my hair to look Joker style. (You know the kind [TDK Joker]) My hair does it when wet but when it dries out, it poofs up. It also has lots of kinks in it (Almost curls) which annoy the eff out of me.

Anyone know a way to get the Joker wet yet natural look with a hair product?

Put putty in your hair all over, then rinse your hands with water and rub it through the hair. Do so until you get the effect you want

    Thanks, I'll try that.

What kind of putty do you recommend? Keeping in mind I'm in Australia so I may not be able to get all other products...
