A little big for my tastes.. I like the coloring though smudging is nice as well. However.. One side is alive the other is dead. The right side has more alive colors, the left side is darker and has duller coloring. I would remove the text since I don't think text could fit in this type of signature since there isn't much empty space and I generally try to avoid placing text on smudging since it can ruin it's flow. I also see lighting at the top above the text, lighting doesn't look natural. But I can't blame you it can be tricky to try making a light source in the signature after looking at the highlights on Goku. I would have just created lighting by burning areas, highlighting a bit as well. As well as brushing in white and setting on Overlay which also adds lighting but not in a overwhelming way such as rawly just utilizing a soft brush on normal. Clean up some of it too. Like near Goku's hair you can see yellow stuff which doesn't go well there and ruins the flow of the pink. Around Goku is white effects that also are distracting to me. And the bottom left needs to be improved as well. Hope this helps you some.
