[buying]designers,coders,flash,logo

I am going to be making a gameportal. This is a site that will run a few games. I am looking for flashy type stuff, that grabs the eye, and no letting go. I am looking to have a few sites designed, one being the main game portal site, as well as side sites that will link to the game portal.

I will also be needing serval forums as well. I am not looking for some 10, 30, 60 dollar web site here. I am looking to pay good. Please post your best stuff that you can show me. I am looking for ----- type templates. Being able to do flash as well is a plus.

I will also be looking for a coder, who can do HTML/CSS as well has PHP and knows a good deal about MYSQL.

Another thing I will be looking for is Logos as well. Something sharp, and I would really like to have a type of flash logo.

I do have a bit of work, and just because you can make a template does not mean you have to code it. I am looking for artist who can think out side the box, and come up with some very nice ideas. I am not going for 100% ----- boring look. Like I said, like to see stuff that does pop out.

If you are interested, please post your work below. Flash, Logos, Coding, Templets, ect.

If you just design web sites, and not flash thats fine. Visa versa, if you are good at flash please post that. I can manage a team to do some work for me. I am looking to pay good.

I do have this posted on a few other sites. Looking for the best that I can get

Thanks.
