A fat man can wear a tank top and show off his cleavage. Buttocks =| Titties. Females also rarely sag their pants like that... only girls I can think of who do are punk / goth / emo type girls. All of which usually wear pants cut to sit low, or they sit on the upper butt with a belt. Also, so long as your covering your underwear, no one cares where your pants are, these laws are in effect for underwear and crack being shown, wear a bigger shirt, like most people do, if your going to sag your pants drastically like that.

Not complaining here. I'm white, I dress preppy/gino, and yes, they're all black, but I see Skaters, Emos, and even some preps wearing jeans and Plaid Shorts low, and if its covered up, or if they at least wearing boxers underneath that don't look like boxers, who the ------ cares!
