I want to take off my default blue and white desktop theme and default icons and want to give them a twist Are there any good programs out there that give some good looking or futureistic type of theme for xp and some good icons for xp? :mellow:...I am kind of out of the world on these.. If you want to change the default blue theme google neowin and find the tutorial on how to do it that's how i customized mine and you don't have to install any programs just download 1 or 2 things. For icons there's iphile which is free and all you have to do is find the icons you like from dA and just download and use iphile to install them. Or you can create an icon and convert it with http://converticon.com/ and then use iphile to install it.

To be honest i thought you knew how to do this stuff because i kind've got the idea from you. From that topic you made a few weeks ago or a month ago about programs that would let you make windows skins or something like that and that's when i customized my desktop.
