It looks alrite.
but its waaay too sharp.
and I don't really like your text positioning, creative yes, but not very effective in the design scheme.
overall not bad work though. =]

 

thanks, its my first in a while. I havn't had time to do anymore than a couple this year.

 

the flow looks akward but the BG and fx is nicely put together..
