i added a white stroke to it because of the gamerenders forum skin is same colour as my black border so u couldnt see it...
so here's the non white stroke one:

 

You need to work on your contrast on this. Text and depth are meh. You also need to work on your blending as well.

nice dude i like it the white border also looks good arround the sig usually i dont like borders but this one matches the sig, also the effects look good gj dude
