I will comment, because i accused you of ripping ^_^ The lighting could have been better. The composition could have been better as well. I would have also tried to define the original stock to be honest, as it look's like any random city stock with a few distortions at the moment. ^_^
this is actually a pretty good piece, like the background scene, the flames do look realistic , like it was from a distance, lighting as great aswell.
