I'm still happy with my 40GB Ipod. If you have some nice earspeakers, the Ipod should be just fine.

    this thread WAS dead...

every highend system also has a direct analog input so your point is moot.

    160GB ARCHOS

    - Records from the tv using the dock station.
    - Download movies or music from the Archos store.
    - Go on the internet using WIFI.
    - Read e-books, view photos, watch movies, listen to music.
    - Customise it with plugins and accessories.

Seriously if you really think Ipod is the best MP3 player, you really need a slap.

But if you have Ipod, Zune will do

i think there aren't major differences between Mp3 players. Pick for aesthetics :)

My ODYS 4GB is compact, holds over 4000 tracks, and plays videos and many other things. Costed only 20 Euros. :)

Very durable, also I'd like to add. Dropped it accidentally on a concrete and marble floor, expecting it to shatter into 100 pieces, and it didn't even gain a scratch. Hell, I'm buying my nephew one of these babies! :P

I've sold my 30GB Zune cause it was too chunky, couldn't take it anywhere or use it at school.

I prefer iPod products, I think the Nanos, Shuffles, and video iPods are very sleek and convenient to have (aside from the video iPod, but they're on the new Nanos now, which is better than the old chunky one.)

Zunes are pretty trendy now too, and hold more songs for half the price, so hey. :)
