    Black and White definitely looks better. The only thing that seems odd is the slight blurriness near the bottom, and the circley thing to the right of her head. Definitely like this one though.

    The effect's really dont go with the focal, they are messy and dont have any real compostition to them.
    The text is bad.
    Black and white > Colored ( With this tag ).
