Guys a new Hard Drive. My internal one (80 GB) and my Lacie External (500 GB) is already full. I want to buy a new one. I want a Seagate 1TB. But I don't know what to buy. Internal or External? If internal, my PC is too old already. Here are my specs:

mt instinctual advice is to tell you to go for an internal drive. your system uses only IDE ports though, not SATA and all the newer drives use SATA. As such all internal drives available to you are overpriced for what they are(unless you're willing to buy a cheap SATA addin card)

with a case like this it might be wiser to go external if you can find a solid external solution for around $180ish

I'd rather go for the hitachi internals, I wouldn't go for large size externals due to the USB transfer rate compared to that of SATA
